You might have seen that some logos embroidered on the shirts look crinkly around the stitches. That's because the shirts are hooped improperly during the production. It is very important to hoop the shirts tight before they are loaded onto the embroidery machine.
For some shirts which fabric is quite transparent, we normally use tear-away backings to make the logo look just better and more comfortable.
